Oral presenters are asked to upload their presentation in the Press Center (conference exhibition area) at least 24 hours before their presentation. We will not support connecting the attendees’ computers or flash drives immediately before the presentation. Please provide your presentation in one of the following formats: .pptx, .ppt, .pdf, or .key.
Registration and presentation upload times: Sun 12-7 pm, Mon–Thu 7:30 am–6 pm, Fri 7:30 am–12 pm.
Poster presenters are asked to set up the posters by 8 am on the day of the poster session (Monday/Tuesday) and remove them promptly at the conclusion of poster session (8 pm).
The maximum poster size is 95 cm (width) x 150 cm (height).
